2. Booking and Payment:
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the experience provider.
Payment for experiences must be made through our Platform using the provided payment methods.
Prices displayed on the Platform are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3. Cancellations and Refunds:
30 days – 7 days before the experience: TOTAL REFUND
7 days – 3 days before the experience: 50% REFUND
3 days – 0 days before the experience: NO REFUND
4. Liability and Indemnity:
We are not liable for any damages, losses, accidents, or injuries resulting from the participation in any experience booked through our Platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising out of your use of our Platform or participation in any experience.
5. Intellectual Property:
All content on our Platform, including text, images, and trademarks, is owned by us or used under license. Unauthorized use of this content is prohibited.
