Learn the wonderful art of mozzarella and discover one of the treasures of Apulian cuisine: “the burrata”. If you have arrived in Puglia you have been attacked by the desire to taste a good mozzarella or a very creamy burrata, this is really the right experience for you! It may seem difficult at first to make cheese, but guided by the expert hands of our “Casari” masters everything will be simple. “Mozzarella”, “Burrata” and “Nodini” are the typical delights of our dairy production.

You’ll start this activity with a “Leccese” coffee and after that the Master “Casaro” will introduce you to the Mozzarella Experience.
You’ll get your hands dirty to learn how to make Mozzarella, Nodini, Burrata and Stracciatella under the supervision of the experienced Casaro who’ll let you try these delights once ready.

After this incredible experience, you’ll learn how to make Focaccia and fresh handmade pasta with Gianna and once ready you’ll sit to have lunch and you’ll have the chance to try some fine wines from Puglia paired with the traditional recipes you cooked.

DURATION: 5 hours aprox. This tour starts in the morning with the Mozzarella Experience and lasts until early afternoon
