Descrizione
The famous “le Zie” (“zia Rosa” and “zia Pina”) are two sisters who live in an authentic rural farmhouse in Crispiano where they still live producing cheeses from their cows’ milk.
They will show you how to make orecchiette, panzerotti and Caciocavallo (a famous cheese from Puglia). You’ll enjoy their stories while helping them in the lunch preparation, then you’ll sit and have lunch with them.
DURATION: 2 hours, around lunch time.
